The course will help you take an idea and validate it through our proven structured (but iterative) process. You’ll have the opportunity to submit your work each week for feedback.
Week 1: Orientation; appreciating your context, including strategic and competitor analysis.
Week 2: Understanding your customer, pains gains, jobs-to-be-done and personas.
Week 3: Exploring your market; market sizing and business models.
Week 4: Experimenting to win; testing assumptions, prototypes and metrics for success.
Submissions and certificates: At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of completion.
Throughout the course, the course instructors will be on hand and available via a private Slack community.

He is passionate about helping people change and own the way they work and help them develop their own passions.
Gina is an experienced commercial strategist, consultant and trainer with many years of experience in product and proposition development, leading commercial organisations through growth and change. She combines this with an up to the minute understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.
The activities will guide your application of theory to solve real problems in an easy-to-follow way. You’ll apply the latest and most effective tools and techniques.

Digital course book
The course book will help you explore the thinking behind our activities. With a structure that mimics the online course, you’ll be able to find everything you need, as well as resources to stretch your learning.
4-8 WEEKS / 6HRS PER WEEK
The course is designed to take you 4-6 hours per week over a period of 4 weeks. There’s no time limit to access your course, so if you decide to take a bit more time, that’s fine.
SUBMITTING YOUR WORK
If you submit your work each week, and produce a final submission, we’ll issue with a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
