Planning for success

Jumping into a new client relationship or embarking on a new project is a time for enthusiasm and anticipation – but a little serious planning should be the first move. If at the outset we plan ahead and see what we are trying to achieve it means we’re more likely to be able to measure how we’re doing and if what we’re doing is benefitting both sides. Projects and relationships can go sour very quickly because no real planning was done at the outset with no way of measuring expectations.
